Your tasks

- Independent management, supervision and implementation of event and live communication projects as well as marketing and communication activities
- Project management of temporary constructions
- Project management from high-end to public events, this from smaller to larger format
- Project management of marketing activities and communication implementations
- Contributing your own ideas is desired
- Create calculations and production timings
- Development of control and flow charts
- Leadership and collaboration in project tenders
- Monitoring and control of the production plan and budget
- Purchasing of third-party services (creative, logistical and/or technical services)
- Direct customer contact and leadership

Your profile

- University degree or comparable degree in the field of events, staging or hospitality
- At least 1-2 years of event experience as a project manager for a leading agency
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Leadership quality
- Above-average willingness to perform and flexibility
- Neat appearance
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Affinity for creativity and the desire to be at the cutting edge of technology
