Event for the 100 best sales employees

Brandsoul was assigned with the planning, organization and execution of the Top 100 Event for Generali. The event rewards the 100 most successful salespeople and serves as a motivational incentive for employees.

The creative agency not only developed a thematic concept for the event, but also took care of the storytelling, content development and final implementation. Given the current situation, it was important to develop a concept that could be adapted depending on changing CoVID-measures. The originally planned live event was thus smoothly and successfully transformed into a hybrid event, retaining many elements and transferring them to a digital format.
